Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Job Summary:
- Delivers training of improvement management system among employees.
- Facilitates implementation of CI projects.
- Creates key driver analysis to convert strategy objectives into improvement initiatives.
- Provides support to all Business Units to achieve CI value creation.
- Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale of 4.00) in Engineering.
- At least 3 years working experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Has specific knowledge in Improvement Methodology/ Tools (TQM, Six Sigma, Lean Enterprise, TOC, etc).
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
- Good presentation and motivating skills.
