Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, develop, motivate & inspire team / contact centre agents to maximize performance;
- Ensure hotline operations run smoothly through;
- Operate communication system that handles incoming calls efficiently to routes the calls to agents that most closely matches the needs of the caller;
- Maintain accurate documentation to support individual and team.
- provide customers with product and service information
- Experience of working within a contact centre environment, with min 3 years as a supervisor;
- Male / Female, max 37 years;
- S1 degree holder;
- Excellent ability to coach and develop teams;
- Good command of English & computer literacy;
- Customer service oriented;
- Good communication, excellent interpersonal skills, & polite attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate secretaries and protocols during any events;
- Assist, advise and support director during internal and external affairs;
- Facilitate and develop relationship also partnership with government and private company;
- Attending to all queries according relation with corporate secretary issues of the company and regulation;
- Advise about law’s company management and practice on legal-related-issues on company actions.
- Experience min. 3 years as corporate secretary or related managerial position;
- Male/ Female age max 35 years;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in finance / literature / banking;
- Good communication (in English both oral and written), interpersonal skill & leadership;
- Posses special set of skills, sense of leadership, honesty, professionalism, integrity and highly dedicated to support and develop the well being of the company;
- Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solution.
Legal Officer (Jakarta based) Code: LO
Responsibilities:
- Identify proactively and manage all legal risk and promote good corporate governance practices;
- Provide and ensure data, regulation that related with banking industrial relation issues;
- Handle all legal documentation properly and provide the legal advice.
- At least 3 years experience at corporate legal and credit administration of the bank;
- Male / Female age max 35 years;
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in law or equivalent;
- Pleasant personality, strong leadership, persuasive person, and also good negotiation and management skill;
- Fluent in both oral and written English is prefered.
