HR Staff – Recruitment and Training (Reference Code: HR – R&T)
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for all HR related matters, especially in Recruitment and Training within PT. Dian Graha Elektrika, and report directly to General Manager of HRD.
Qualifications:
- Master Degree, possessing minimum a certificate of psychologist profession is a must
- Having a license to give a service in psychology field.
- Having good knowledge and experience in conducting, scoring, and evaluating the psychological test and assessment center using the tools as required.
- Having experience in arranging and organizing training, workshop, and seminar.
- Willing to do the administrative tasks.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, HR-related system).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently as well as in team, self-motivated, able to work under tight schedule, dynamic, and willing to travel around Indonesia in a short notice.
