CUSTOMERS SERVICE OFFICER
(Job Reference: "CS")

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S :

• To process the orders received from our customers,
• To receive the phone calls from our customers,
• To follow-up our customers' requests,
• To support our customers by informing them on our products & services,
• To support our commercial sales representatives from the different regions of Indonesia.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S :

• S1 / D III or equivalent in Economics / Administration / Communication
• 2 - 3 years in in the same field (experience with an ERP such as SAP will be an advantage)
• Female, 26 - 30 years old
• Good knowledge in English, both verbal and in writing
• Windows, MS Office
• Good personality and appearance
