In Chemical business, Merck markets a whole range of laboratory reagents, pigments and other specialty chemicals.

To accelerate our growing business, we are looking for candidates as:

Area Manager (AM)

Responsibilities:
To lead sales area team, manage and monitor sales target, making sales strategic plan, and develop team member

Requirements:
General Requirement:

• Minimum D3 Degree from any discipline
• Having 2-4 years experiences as Supervisor or Distric Manager in Sales Ethical of Pharmaceutical Company
• Maximum age 33 years old
• PEDFI certified will be advantages
• Fair in English (both oral and wriiten)
• Computer literate (especially in using Ms. Office)
• Able to work under pressure, over night, and work in week end
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia (Jakarta/Medan)

Competencies Required:

• Good presentation and negotiation skill
• Good leadership, decision making, and problem solving
• Good interpersonal and networking
• Result Oriented
• Coaching and developing people

Trade Marketing Manager (TMM)

Responsibilities:

• To develop, improve, and implement trade marketing strategy, including trade promotion activities and merchandising strategy; to coordinate 3rd party field forces including Sales Promotion Girls and Merchandisers, develop quality and productivity in sales and distribution

Requirements:
General Requirement:

• Minimum S1 Degree from any discipline
• Having 3-5 years experiences as Trade Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager in Consumer Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Industry (OTC) or Fast Moving Consumer Goods
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Proficiency in English (both oral and wriiten)
• Computer literate (especially in Microsoft Office)
• Able to work under pressure and work over night
• Willing to travel across Indonesia and work in holidays
