WWF-Indonesia is an independent member of WWF, the global conservation organization, that operating close to 100 countries worldwide. WWF-Indonesia is registered under the Indonesia law and operates with 23 offices in 14 provinces, with the vision to conserve Indonesia’s biodiversity for the well being of present and future generations. To support our programs, we are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of:


RECRUITMENT – EMPLOYMENT OFFICER

Duties:
  • Responsible to manage all recruitment process through managing a process to recruit best candidate up-until place the elected one onto their own appropriate job function.
  • To ensure that the position and the required headcount is filled with the right person in a timely manner, for purpose of recruitment, promotion, and development.
  • Develop, implement and maintain recruitment and selection manual as well as employment policies and procedures to ensure the recruitment system is continuously improved and kept up-to-date.
Major Accountabilities:
  • Administrate various psychological tests for the purpose of Recruitment, Selection, and Occupational Preference.
  • Provide recommendation for the purpose of recruitment, selection, and capacity building.
  • Managing strategies to up-dating- recruitment services for WWFHO and sites.
  • Planning, implement and evaluated method and strategies for recruitment WWF – Indonesia.
  • Ensure maintaining method, tools document standard employee of WWF – Indonesia effectively and eficience, keeping it in line with process and procedural WWF – Indonesia.
General Requirements:
  • Has a liaison from HIMPSI JAYA to conduct any psychological test.
  • Graduation of Magister Profession from reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in recruitment activities, official managing employment experience would be an advantages.
  • Highly capable to work in a team and manage those related activities in a timely manner.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
SENIOR MANAGER HRGA

Duties:
  • Responsible to Operational Director to manage all human resources and its activities from Head Quarter offices up over the Country and Regional Offices.
  • Develop, implement and maintain HR Services of Regional Office up-to-date and appropriate for its purposes.
Major Accountabilities:
  • Coordinating Employment & Compliance to Regulatory Concerns & Reporting for Regional Offices.
  • Managing Policy Development & Documentation of HR activities (staffing, regulating, payment systems, etc) for WWF Regional HO and other site offices.
  • Doing Company-Wide Committee facilitation.
  • Managing Employee’s Performance Management & Improvement System – native and expatriate employment.
  • General Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree of Bachelor (S-1) from Economic, Law, Business Administration.
  • 5 years work experience on related job function is a must, with minimum 3 years experience on managerial level.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent competency in handling general HRGA duties, such as managing office supplies, household, fixed assets, etc.
  • Capable of handling multi-tasking job and under pressure circumstances.
  • Willing to work hard and task-oriented person.
SENIOR MANAGER FINANCE

Duties:
  • Senior Manager Finance will reporting to Operational Director on regards of Accounting and Financing Activity that stand for WWF Regional Office. Thus, this person should well-known with any related activity that emerge Internationally in order to make a Finance analysis, prepare a taxation report, and make evaluation budgeting on terms and condition applied.
Main Accountabilities:
  • Provide the Operational Director with strategic financial oversight and financial management advice internationally.
  • Develop and implement financial policies in line with donor requirements.
  • Produce monthly finance reports that coherence with regional demand.
  • Input transactions into relevant computer software.
  • Prepare cash account on monthly basis.
  • Prepare Regional Bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
  • Manage payroll overseas.
  • Candidate may need travel within the region to provide support services.
The qualifications are as follows:
  • University degree in accounting, finance or professional qualification in finance.
  • Minimal 5 years experience in a finance and accounting Managerial position.
  • Understanding of International Financial Accounting Principles, Financial Management and Donor requirements.
  • Able to manage taxation on the international transaction.
  • Experience working for an international organization preferred.
  • Experience managing USAID grants preferred.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to use accounting software such as QuickBook, MYOB, Accpac, Solomon, etc.
  • Graduated from well-known university. Master Degree would be an advantage.
