Job Description:
- As Assessor for Assessment Center and other Assessment methods
- Implements Talent Management Program in all Fiber Business Unit.
- Develops assessment tools.
- Handles Talent Pool Monitoring & Reporting
- Male/Female
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, with GPA. Min 2.80 (out of 4.00)
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Certification in Assessment Center will be an advantage.
- Good communications in English, both verbal and written.
- Possesses good resilience, proactivity, analytical thinking, and performance orientation
- With high willingness to learn.
