OPERATION MANAGER
Skills, values and experience required
- High interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral. English is a must.
- Outgoing personality and gets along with everyone.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proactive and hands-on – not a desk manager.
- Understand import regulation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- A persuasive and driving attitude.
- Preferably holding a University degree and at least three years experience working in an international company.
The Operation Manager is responsible for the administration of order fulfillment, invoicing, and logistics of equipments, parts and consumables. S/he manages a team of 4 to 10 people and ensures that operation is run in a professional, proactive and compliance with the established procedures.
