Environmental, Health & Safety Manager (Code: EHSM)
Job Accountabilities :
Provide professional advice and assistance in Industrial Safety, Hygiene, Environment and Security protection to PT Goodyear Indonesia, Tbk. Also for the purpose of minimizing Industrial injuries and illnesses of employees and to assure compliance to environmental protection standards. Conduct Safety and Environmental compliance assessment in the Goodyear Indonesia and attend SSR/IH audits for other Plant in Asia Region.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university majoring Occupational Health & Safety (Public Health), Master Degree is an advantage.
- Experiences minimum 3 years in same position from Manufacturing Industry/Chemical Industry/Oil & Gas Industry is preferable.
- Have good knowledge about environment, Health & safety
- Excellent in both interpersonal & communication skills
- Self-motivated, persistent, integrity discipline & has good leadership
- Able to work with computer (Microsoft Office is a must)
- Good in English both oral & write
- Energetic, enthusiastic, initiative, smart & hard working
Professional Business Consular / Area Sales for East Java – Based on Semarang (Code: PBC-Smg)
Job Accountabilities:
The incumbent has to visit toko regularly, monitoring competitors activity in every toko, monitoring Goodyear’s & competitors market price, update toko profile in every region, ensures that distributors carry sufficient inventory of the right sizes in line with customers requirements. The incumbent also has to executing & enforcing company & government policies related to the activities of the regional sales organization.
Job Requirements:
- University Graduated from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Preferably experience as sales area on Automotive or Heavy Equipment Industry at least two years.
- Expertise in Planning, scheduling & organizing.
- Excellent in both interpersonal & communication skills.
- Willing to traveling and willing to relocate (if needed).
- A team player who is hardworking, highly motivated and able to work under pressure, proactive, willingness to do more and hard driver to get things done.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office is a must).
- Good presentation skills & willing to work under minimum supervision.
