Head of Productivity Development & HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental)
Main responsibilities :
Make sure that continuous productivity improvement process are happening & implemented in the operational unit/divisions as well as safety issues in operational are well managed to create performance friendly workplace
Tasks :
- Set up standard policy and implement productivity improvement strategies/methods
- Introduce and improve productivity methods, standards and strategies for production processes
- Make sure that regulation requirement in HSE field, standard operation procedure is well provided & implemented.
- Creates & reviews HSE procedures related to the work activities & the plant requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor all HSE aspects compliance for the employees & workplaces
- Provide documentation for all HSE activities, such as project implementation, training, meeting, and inspection.
- Minimum educational background is bachelor degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience in managerial position, in PPIC and related field.
- Posses strong leadership and analytical thinking
- Posses good knowledge in Six Sigma (Green Belt certified), TQM, Kanban system, JIT, K3 Program, 5S Program, etc.
- Good command in English (oral and written)
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Familiar in conducting workshops and trainings
Supervisor Development Engineering
Main responsibilities :
To coordinate & plan implementation of project, to ensure that the project is properly designed, finisihed in the agreed timeline with the agreed quality with cost as efficient as possible.
Roles :
- Coordinate and responsible in monintoring the implementation of each project
- Preparing tender documents and evaluating each contractors's proposal in technical aspects
- Coordinate with Purchasing Department to ensure stock and service is on scheduled
- Coordinating and monitoring internal project and or contractor.
- Project evaluation and project report compilation
- Division / department work order sellection, technical planning coordination, budget estimation planning and work monitoring.
- Give input to the Management related to the machine technology and installation development / improvement.
- S1 Teknik Sipil/Mesin/Listrik
- Posses skill in : engineering project management, autocad, SAP 2000, Visio 2000, MS Project, budgeting
- Posses knowledge in investment & able to make feasibility study
- Posses strong analytical & conceptual thinking, accuracy, innovative & creativity, leadership, self confidence & decision making.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in : manufacturing & industrial management, planning design ME & Civil Modification & project management
