Management Trainee - Business Analyst
Contractual Basis (3 positions) • Lighting • Java

Responsibilities:
Responsible as Business Analyst function to analyze work-flow of business process related with Trade Retail Business Balance Score Card; Analyzing territories business performances & using the result to support Distributor Manager (DM) to increase selling out result; Support to Regional Sales Manager through analyzing & reporting effectiveness marketing program; Providing and Giving ERP Distributor Management System training to Best Partner team (traveling required); Validating & consolidating JBS on time and consolidating & following up with DM on previous action plan; Preparing Region presentation in monthly basis for each territory & region; Consolidating & reporting Depo or Sub distributor performances; Preparing and consolidating Best Partner team Training Memo

Requirements:
Fresh graduates with financial or business bachelor degree are welcome to apply. Those with 1 to 2 years of commercial working experience will also be considered favorably. The successful candidates will possess good personality and honesty, dynamic, good leadership and ability to perform under pressure. He is a self starter, mature and a strong communicator

Distributor Manager – PEUR
(1 position) • Lighting • Medan

Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage distributors meets with BBS as join performance indicator; Working together with distributor to find untapped opportunity of improvement and strengthen what went well for business growing; Demand generation by managing sales pipeline & clear steps will be done for customer have opportunity for upgrade and convert Interact with either internal or external customers (distributors) as well as providing services & relationship towards customers in order to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:

Hold Bachelor degree with engineering background is preferred; at least 5 years working in similar function especially B2B sales experiences, Strong technical & good lighting knowledge also be considered favorably; good communication skills & excellent personal and interpersonal skill

Channel Manager–Patient Monitoring and Cardiac Care/Ultrasound
(1 position) • Healthcare • Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Responsible to Identify & maintain Business Partners, market trends, competitor’s sales practices and potential projects for the Patient Monitoring and Cardiac Care (PMCC) & Ultrasound (US) products Medical Equipment in Indonesia market; Manage and drive business partners to achieve result; Work on business plan in consultation with regional office and be responsible to achieve sales of PMCC & US in line with Annual Operating Plan (AOP); Build strong relationship with distributor(s) by manage conflicts among distributors and escalation of issues, provide big deal support by visiting major accounts together with distributor; Co-ordinate sales/marketing plan with Regional office for business growth

Requirements:
Hod Bachelor degree, min 5 years working experience same business field would be an added advantage; Proficient in English both speaking and written; excellent communication & presentation skills; Good coordination capability, is willing to travel and to spend most of the time in the market field. The incumbent has to have strong drive, positive attitude, is assertive and well motivated; Good analytical & excellent personal and interpersonal skills; Honesty, Positive attitude, good self-confidence, independence and consistence

Account Manager – OEM
(1 position) • Lighting • Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensures that Philips products achieve the widest penetration possible in the professional assigned segment; to lead the distributor in standardizing and implementing an effective business planning and performance review process; supports distributor in the execution of annual and quarterly plans & expansion or addition of territories; conduct monthly closing and reporting including all business key performance indicator
Requirements:
