Requirements :
- Male, 40 years old
- Minimum S1 Degree, majoring in Legal/ Psychology
- Having experience in Industrial Relation at least 3 years
- Having strong knowledge in labour law
- Having strong knowledge in communication
- Having good interpersonal and team player
- Having good communication skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Having responsibility to GPS (Global People Survey) implementation
- To implement communication program
- To support Head of Policy Development to create Industrial Relation policy

Requirements :

- Having experience as Trainer at Training & Development in banking industry at least 5 years
- Having knowledge in banking industry (Sales and Operations)
- Having good teaching skills
- Having good interpersonal and team player
- Having good communication skills with all levels
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Proactive and high commitment in doing job
- Training facilitator
- To create training program & budget design,evaluate training program & training implementation
- To coordinate training implementation (identify attendance, to send training invitation letters, to coordinate material preparation)
Talent Management Officer (Code : TMO )
Requirements :
- Max. 35 years old
- Minimum S1 Degree, majoring in Psychology / Economy/ Management
- Having experience in Talent Management in banking industry at least 5 years
- Having strong knowledge in succession planning/ career management framework
- Having knowledge in banking industry
- Having good interpersonal relationship
- Having good conceptual thinking
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- To identify successor factors
- To conduct succession Planning Program
- To facilitate discussion with user
- To design Career Banding
Head of Learning & Support (Code : HLS)
- Female, max. 40 years old
- Minimum S1 Degree, majoring in Psychology/ Economy/ Management
- Having experience in Training & Development in banking industry at least 8 years, within 3 years at manager level
- Have strong knowledge in Training & Development framework
- Having knowledge in banking industry
- Having good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Having good attention to detail
- Having good conceptual thinking
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- To lead, monitor and evaluate both Learning Support Team and Trainer Team
- Responsible with training daily operational such as training, training team & Learning Support team
- To identify Training Need Analysis, create training program & budget, evaluate training program for training implementation
- Giving feedback to trainer regarding with designing training program
- Monitor daily operational cost
- To prepare monthly report
