LINE LEADER – CONTRACT
To supervise & control production operators in executing assembly process in refer production planning, ensure the safe & health conditions are met in the workplace and distribute work loading among his team.
Requirement :
- Male, age 35 years old
- Graduate D3/S1 in Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Line Leader or Supervisor production
- Have a strong leadership skill and able to lead more than 100 people
- Good communication skill.
- Highly responsibility and discipline
- Able to work as team or independently.
- Able to solve problems and decision maker according to duty.
- Understand to work productivity, Management System ISO 9000 & ISO 14000 and 5 S
- Proficiency in English, verbal and written
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, MS-Project & AutoCad)
