We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:Training and Organisation Development Assistant Manager
Qualifications :
- Min. Bachelor degree in Management / Human Resources/Psychology from reputable university.
- At least 3 years experiences in training and development department.
- Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation and delivering training itself.
- Having an effective training skill and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently interacting with the team.
- Recommend external speaker/ trainer to conduct training sessions internally.
- Responsible for all management of training administration, activities as well as development for the Group.
- Possesses knowledge in the areas of Talent Management, People and Organizational Capabilities, Measurements, Management & Leadership Development as well as Employee Related Survey.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
- Young, dynamic and highly motivated personality is preferred.
