PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & HRIS OFFICER

Qualification :

• Graduated S1 degree from reputable University majoring Majoring Human Resources Management, Master degree is an advantage
• Having 2 years experiences in Performance Management and familiar with HRIS System, especially in Multifinance Company
• Capable in handling Performance Management and good knowledge of balance score card (implementation)
• Good understand in HR Management , Performance Appraisal, Balance Score Card
• Familiar with MS Office & internet
• Good in communication, posses positive motivation and has an interest in people development area
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented, strong critical thinker, and under pressure.
