Report to : Site Finance Controller
Site based : Pulogadung
Employment Status : One year contract then permanent
ROLES:
- Support the site Financial Controller by coordinating the preparation of the site Plan and Forecasts
- Monitor, research, report and recommend remedial actions on variances to Plan/Forecast and standards in the areas of Production performance and working capital
- Own and actively participate in site capex management by tracking and reporting on capital spend monthly Liaise with Engineering Manager for updates to capex forecast
- Assist the Financial Controller in completing the monthly Dashboard and cover month end commentary for above-site
- Ensure necessary internal controls are in place and the integrity of the financial books is maintained to satisfy internal and external audit requirements, supporting the Financial Controller with any financial compliance testing
- Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
- Preferred years relevant work experience: 2-5 years
- Strong technical accounting in skills required for both cost accounting and cost management
- Good knowledge in ERP system such as SAP, JDE, BPCS
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications with all levels of personnel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated analytic and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
