The following position is available for you:Site Development Manager (SDM)
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent is responsible to look for a site that can be acquired for Company's branches expansion in near future. He or she must asses the location profile to justify such investment worth the value. Therefore, he or she must capable in Advanced SWOT Analysis and PESTLE Analysis along with its supporting statistical needed.
- An ideal candidate must possess these following criterias:
- Minimum 5 years experience in site development of a large land / real estate developer and / or a retail company.
- Experienced with more than 15.000sqm site project
- Minimum age is 30 years old
- Holds a bachelor degree in Statistical (Economy) and / or Technical fields from a prominent University local or overseas
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Willing to work on a retail environment
- Fluent in English
- Comprehend with Advanced MS-Office Suite and Statistical tools
