Duties and Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Director of Catering Sales.
- Explore new sources of business by developing new contacts.
- Seek and contact new potential clients.
- Be responsible for revenue production from allocated accounts.
- Entertain executives and secretaries of potential corporate companies, travel companies, meeting planners, end users to ensure future business to the hotel.
- Update all Delphi Sales account profiles and contact people after every call to maintain a proper profile of all accounts.
- Participate in familiarization visits and entertain as and when required.
- Conduct on site inspections for the existing or prospective travel influencers, decision makers and end users.
- Be aware of current market trends and supply competitor activity information to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Participate in sales trips and complete sales reports.
- Promote seasonal packages and any promotion to major supporters.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in luxury hotel industry.
- Able to liaise effectively with designated market segment accounts.
- Knowledge of market segment.
- Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- High Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.
- Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines and result-driven.
- Strong Team Player and excellent motivational skills.
- Able to work concentrated and effective under pressure.
- Must possess ability to coordinate with multiple tasks.
- Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills both written/verbal.
- Must have the ability to take minutes/dictation.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Possess high degree of stamina, agility and flexibility.
