Supervisor – Bearer Services BWA (AAA & IPCG)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- 3GPP2 standards understanding on charging control layers for HRPD systems
- Contributing to RFI, RFP generation and evaluation of data core elements
- Dimensioning of AAA and IPCG
- Release of work orders related to AAA and IPCG
- Requirement finalization and coordination on developmental activities related to AAA and IPCG platforms
- Handling trouble tickets related to AAA and IPCG from NOC and other internal users
- Tracking version releases and system modification wry to AAA and IPCG platforms
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Telecommunication Engineering
- Have minimum 4 years work experiences in IN prepaid network and product engineering
- Strong understanding 1x and EVDO network
- Deep knowledge about Broad band wireless data network, BSS/OSS interfaces.
- Interfunctional Liasioning
- Fluent in English, Indonesia, and Mandarin (preferred)
Spv Bearer Service BWA (Bearer Service)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Vendor coordination for low level feasibility study and new feature implementation
- Contributing to RFI, RFP generation and evaluation of data core elements and platforms
- Contributing to product delivery scheduling and tracking
- Coordination for UAT of data core based products
- Structured documentation of data core products
- Ownership on operational handover document for core element based products
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Telecommunication Engineering
- Have minimum 4 years work experiences in IN prepaid network and product engineering
- Strong understanding in functionality and feature of 1X and EVDO network element in conjuction with OSS/BSS
- Deep knowledge about wireless data network, BSS/OSS interfaces.

PDSN Engineering Specialist (PDSN)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Planning and engineering of PDSN
- Feature evaluation and implementation in data core network
- Integration of data core elements to RAN and other adjacent elements
- Data core network dimensioning
- Ensuring standard compliance
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Telecommunication Engineering
- Have minimum 4 years work experiences in IN prepaid network and product engineering
- Understanding CDMA 1X and EVDO networking
- Understanding on packet networks and standard for CDMA
- Fluent in English both written & Oral
Senior Specialist – Data Product (Data Product)

- Data based Product requirement analysis and assessment
- Vendor Coordination for feasibility study and new feature initiatives
- Involvement in RFI ,RFP generation and evaluation
- Feature Impact analysis
- Product Delivery scheduling and tracking
- Ensuring UAT quality of products
- Generating UAT documents
- Structured documentation of products
- Ensuring Proper operational handover of products to minimize customer complaints

BWA Engineering (BWA)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Developing the EVDO AOP based on commerce team forecast
- Exploring innovative solutions for each part of EVDO network such as access, Backhaul, and IP infrastructure
- Capacity planning and monitoring from time to time
- Preparing capacity requirements for each and every element of EVDO
- Preparing the detailed capacity plan based on sales forecast
- RFP generation and evaluation in order to meet commerce team requirements with inputs from engineering, operations, etc
- Interaction with equipment vendors to deliver the EVDO network requirement
- Coordination of capacity plan and availability of all components of EVDO such as BTS, BSC, PDSN, Transmission, IPCG etc.
- Monitoring of capacity plan vs. Actual Based on performance reports from time to time
- Assisting in exploring the innovative solutions in various parts of EVDO network
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Telecommunication Engineering
- Have minimum 5 years work experiences in IN prepaid network and product engineering & Broadband wireless Network.
- Deep knowledge about wireless access network such as CDMA 1x and EVDO, exposure in other broadband operators, and knowledge of ISP environment, IP interface, and application development and integration.
- Understanding of entire EVDO network and its components
- Must have experience in similar role at BWA – operators
- Fluent in English, Indonesia, and Mandarin (preferred)
