Team Leader for E-Banking

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in establishing E-Banking Business and product line, familiar with the E-Banking Business process;
  • Responsible for the security of electronic banking management, the establishment of the implementation of safety management systems and risk control system
  • Responsible for the operation of electronic banking management, the establishment of related systems, organization and implementation, including Internet banking, phone banking, telephone banking (call center) business, including transportation, etc.
  • Responsible for the formulation of e-banking business development plan, carried out with the industry research and market analysis, business analysis report submitted to the investigation report and the market;
  • Take in charge of electronic banking branch to run quality management, organizational and business training routine inspections;
  • Responsible for the management and processing of electronic banking customer complaints.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Preferred language(s): Chinese.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Retail Banking/Branch Operation or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
