Requirement :
- Having experience handling plant general affair matters (such as handling plant equipment and vehicle maintenance, building maintenance, scheduling and coordinating vehicle usage; cleaning service, security system)
- Having hands on experience of plant procurement
- Proficient in Word, Excel
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to prepare written reports in English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task and a team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues.
- Good interpersonal skills and an aptitude
HR Plant Administration
Responsibilities :
- Collecting and managing all data which relates to plant attendance, overtime, and payroll purposes
- Responsible on handling inquiry from employee regarding HR matters
- Employee Welfare, Canteen and Plant Discipline issues
- Maintain leave records and medical records.
- Management of plant clinic and accident reports
- Min. Bachelor Degree
- Having min. 3 years experience in HRD Payroll is preferred
- Computer literate
- High integrity, honest & mature
- Ability to work independent & proactive
- Good English proficiency
