MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR
( JOB REFERENCE : “MA” )

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Data entry of working order and working hours registration, updating equipment list (motors, pumps, AC’s, tools, OHC’s, cars, heavy equipments, etc…)
• To analyze and prepare the report of : machine down time, weekly and monthly spare part consumption,
• To prepare the monthly P-report presentation of maintenance department,
• To prepare the preventive maintenance schedule,
• To follow up the administration on maintenance activities for generators, compressors, transformers, lift trucks and other equipments,
• Update the action plan for maintenance supervisors based on the requests received from other departments,
• To arrange and create the shift schedule of maintenance team,
• To collect and arrange technical drawings of machines, technical books, catalogues and technical brochures in the technical library,
• To manage and organize: maintenance filling system, technical data on computer server, hot work permits, distribution of memo’s/letters/faxes/announcements,
• To manage the stocks of all forms and office supplies for maintenance department.

REQUIREMENTS :

• S1 any discipline,
• Min. 2 years experience in a same field,
• Female/male, 26 - 30 years old,
• Computer literate,
• English (active),
