We are a leading Pharmaceutical Company which has maintained a competitive market position in the Ethical, OTC and Personal Skin Care products, and are looking for competent people to fill in the following positions :Engineering Manager (EM)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the plant wide production machines, implementation and continous improvement of maintenance strategies.
- Provides leadership and direction of the maintenance, upgrading, and machine(s) installation.
- Responsible for the quality and for the health, safety, GMP and environmental performance.
- Male, age between 35-42 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university, Majoring in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
- At least 3 years experiences in the same position, preferably in pharmaceutical/consumer goods manufacturing
- Good knowledge of understanding electrical system, hydrolic and mechanic.
- Proficient in CAD and PPLC Software
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership profile, problem solving and high analytical skills
- Willing to be located in Bogor
