Recruitment & Training Development Supervisor
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring Law or equivalent.
- Maximum 35 years old
- Required language (s) : English
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Having HR knowledge : recruitment, talent management, training and development, benefit, payroll and HR information systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills
- Operational sales management competencies with strong numerical, strategic and analytical skills
- Preferable coordinator/supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Willing to be placed at Karawang
- Full - time positions available
