Fresh Food Dept. Head (FFH)

Responsibility:
  • Managing Fresh Food Operation that may include but not limited to Fresh Food freshness, Product Range compatbility, Product Range Completeness
  • Managing Fresh Food store organization and its teamwork
  • Daily / Weekly /Monthly report of Fresh Food Operation
  • Managing known / unknown shrinkage as low as possible through excellent Fresh Food management
Requirements:
  • An ideal candidate would have these following characteristics:
  • Experienced in managing Fresh Food Operation and its team in a hypermarket class retail store for minimum 3 years
  • Holds a Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, or similar from an Accredited "A" University, preferably from IPB, with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Maximum age is 35 years old
  • Strong leadership character
  • Smart, team player, honest, hardworker and dependable
  • Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet application
  • Willing to work long hours in a retail setting
  • Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with agencies, businesses and vendors and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in English and Indonesian
Store Customer Service Dept. Head (SCS)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will take care of our store customer service delivery to our beloved customers. He/She must have excellent customer service spirit to ensure the customers would have a memorable shopping experience with us.

Requirements:
  • Holds a Bachelor Degree from any accredited "A" university, preferably with hospitality background, with minimum GPA 3.0
  • Maximum age is 30 years old
  • Sufficient skills to listen and ascertain the needs of customers, ability to find and communicate accurate information concerning process, policies and procedures to customers, ability to respond to customers tactfully and courteously
  • Smart, team player, honest, hard worker and dependable
  • Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet application
  • Willing to work long hours in a retail setting
  • Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with agencies, businesses and vendors and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in English and Indonesian
Store Cashier Dept. Head (SCH)

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Cashier activities at store
  • Responsible to the accuracy of transaction
  • Maintain good delivery of cashiers' customer service
  • Responsible to maintain cashiers' performance
  • Deal with more than IDR 1 billion transaction value per day
Requirements:
  • An ideal candidate would have these following characteristics
  • Experienced as Cashier Dept. Head in retail industry or Teller (Chief Teller) in banking industry for minimum 3 years
  • Holds a Bachelor Degree from any field from an Accredited "A" University in Java or Overseas, and earned a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Maximum age is 35 years old
  • Strong leadership character
  • Smart, team player, honest, hard worker and dependable
  • Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet application
  • Willing to work long hours in a retail setting
  • Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with agencies, businesses and vendors and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in English and Indonesian
Retail Support Manager (SPM)

Responsibility:
The incumbent will be responsible on managing support function in a hypermarket outlet that would consist of Check Out Control, Customer Service Satisfaction, Receiving Accuracy, Human Resources function, Technical / Facility arrangement, and Store's General Affairs.

An ideal candidate must posses these following criterias:
  • Experienced in as Support Manager for minimum 3 years in a retail / hospitality industry
  • Holds a Bachelor Degree from an Accredited "A" University local and overseas, with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Comprehends with Ms-Office suite and its advanced functions
  • Stong leadership charisma
  • Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with agencies, businesses and vendors and communicate effectively
  • Maximum age of 35 years old
  • Preferably currently works in retail industry
