Staff / Coordinator / Section Head / Assisten Manager - Continuous Improvement Dept
Qualification:
- Male/female, Age max 30 years old.
- Having minimum 2 years working experience in the same position, preferable in shoe manufacturer.
- Have knowledge and capability to conduct System Improvement & Process.
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Technic preferable majoring Industrial Engineering from reputable University with minimum IPK 3.0, Scale 4.0.
General Requirements:
- Fluency in English both oral & written.
- Computer literature (MS Office : Ms Word, Exel, Power Point, Technical Software : Auto Cad, Visio)
- Have Good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing System, Six Sigma, Project Improvement & QCC
- Dynamic presentation & communication skill.
- Have good analytical skill, and able to read & analyzing table and graphic.
- Team player, proactive & initiative, have good interpersonal skill and strong commitment.
- Able to work in under pressure and overtime.
