Senior Officer Activation (Marketing)
Responsibilities :
- Review Dealers/area performance - Walk in VS Sales together with Product Manager and Area Manager
- Plan/Initiate area marketing activities together with Product Manager and Area Manager based on annual brand plan and area review.
- Execute area marketing activities together with Area Manager for all brands
- Supervise and make the report of the execution to GM Marketing and Product Manager
- S1 from related major / MBA preferred
- Max. 33 years old and having 5 years working experience.
- Event Management and National Consumer Promo
- Good interpersonal skill
- Computer Literate
- Willing to work in field not only in the office, Heavy travelling
- Brand Officer / Event Officer is preferable
Manager-Retail Finance
Job Responsibility:
- Build a healthy relationship with finance companies.
- Should be able to negotiate and deliver competitive finance schemes to the dealers.
- Identify; negotiate potential finance companies, which can fund TVS vehicles.
- Train Regional distributors on Finance company handling.
- Train TVS team on scheme formulations and how to build relationship at regional levels.
- Study competitive finance schemes and develop strategic directions for business growth.
- Should have 10 + years of experience in Automobile financing.
- Preferable MBA.
- High Maturity levels, to handle complex relationship.
- Likes socializing.
