Junior Technical Support Engineer
(Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Tarakan, Balikpapan)
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- More than 1 year’s relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in English
- Willing to work in Kalimantan region minimum 2 years;
- Maximum age is 30 years old;
- Rich experience in 3G GSM, MSS and CDMA BSS
- Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
- Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
- Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.
Vice Head Of Kalimantan Region
(Balikpapan or Banjarmasin)
Requirement :
- Rich experience for project implementation;
- Age ,under 35 years old;
- Want challenge ,and with much patience to deal with complicated work;
- Good temper and strong implementation ability;
- Can work long time in balkipapan or banjarmasin;
- Minimum , bachelor degree;
Responsibilities :
- Region admin general affairs;
- Cooperate with region project mananger , for human resource issue;
- Cooperate with region project mananger , for project progress;
- Have good relationship with customers;
