Rodalink is a network of modern bicycle largest outlet in Southeast Asia which provides a complete bicycles, parts and accessories. Rodalink founded in 1997, with 4 outlets in Rodalink bicycle 4 different cities, namely Jakarta, Surabaya, Singapore, and Balikpapan. Each Rodalink bike shop is owned and managed by different parties, but agreed to use the name because Rodalink same vision is to work together to form a network to a bona fide bike shops, convenient, and responsible. Use of the same name is intended to more easily conduct joint promotion efforts that have synergy and be accepted more quickly and remembered by the community.We are a fast growing modern retailer with some outlets in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. To keep up with our organizational dynamics, we are looking for highly motivated, talented, and passionate professional to fill the following positions as follow :
SENIOR MERCHANDISER (Job Location : Jakarta)
He/She is responsible to plan and implement the selection and development of assortments to ensure maximum sales value, profit margin, inventory turn-over; work closely with outlet operation and marketing department to optimizing retail business; dealing with suppliers and negotiating for the best profitability of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Male/Female
- 25-35 years old
- S1/S2 any major
- Has no less than 3 year experience as a merchandise manager in retail industry with deep knowledge in merchandising management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Computer literate is a must
- Good interpersonal relationship skills with teamwork attitude
- Detailed oriented, organizes, and possess strong problem solving skills
- Have a good analytical skills and business sense
- Attention to detail and trustworthy with pleasant personality
- Able to negotiate and communicate with both overseas and local vendor
- Able to work under pressure with flexible working hours
- Willing to travel intensively
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (Job Location : Jakarta & Surabaya)
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Male/Female
- Max 25 years old
- S1 any major, GPA min 2.75
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably has 1 year working experience in retail industry
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Computer literate is a must
- Good interpersonal relationship skills with excellent service attitude
- Detail oriented, organizes, and posses strong problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and trustworthy with pleasant personality
- Able to work under pressure with flexible working hours
- Creative, proactive, and fast learner
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
