Task & Responsibilities
- To ensure the SAP computing and system facilities are operational to the fullest extent
- To ensure high availability and good performance of the SAP systems (R/3, BW, etc) which are used by the end users
- Perform installation, upgrade of SAP R/3, B/W, APO, Archiving
- Set up SAP R/3, B/W, APO, Archive system landscape, security and transport management
- Check & update the latest version of the IBM Program Temporary Fix (PTF), SAP Plug in & Kernel, SAP Support Package, spam, APAR, and etc
- Define and execute backup strategy, backup integration, backup and recovery of SAP R/3, B/W, APO, Archiving
- Analyze the history logs, short dumps / error messages, the spools for printing of the SAP systems
- Setup and maintain printing solution
- Control and check all the system log in the system
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Information Technology
- Minimum two years experience in SAP Basis

Networking Specialist Supervisor
Task & Responsibilities
- To set up the local / wide area networks for end users to support their business
- Provide technical solutions for end users in using systems to support their day-to-day business
- Providing high level support primarily for end users via on-site, telephone, electronic mail, and communicating with end users who possess a wide range of LAN / WAN technology
- Setup and manage Cisco router to connect to WAN network from / to HQ to Branches
- Setup and manage Proxy Server (BlueCoat) to provide Internet Applications
- Responsible for designing, planning, and management of server and the network infrastructure such as UTP / Fiber Optics cabling with Cisco L-3 Switch and 3Com Switch
- Ensure LAN / WAN continuing functionality and maintain instructional technology
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Information Technology

Supervisor SAP Functional CO, QM, SD
Task & Responsibilities
- Provide day to day support & solution to SAP implemented companies
- Involve in new project implementation
- Conduct training
- Define business blueprint
- Perform the system configuration based on user's requirements

- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Information Technology
- Experienced in at least one cycle of implementation
- Experienced in customizing, training, and business process definition
- Mastering of respective function (CO, QM, SD)
- Knowledge of business process and ability to collect business requirements
Programmer
Qualification Required
- Male, Maximum age 28 years old
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Minimum one year experience in ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Javascript / AJAX, C# or VB.NET programming
- Familiar with Microsoft RDBMS (SQL Server 2000/2005)
- Understand of SQL language, Stored Procedures, and functions in SQL Server
- Able to create report using Crystal Report / Reporting Services
- Having practical konowledge in Object Orientes Programming (OOP)
- Good logic and able to solve problems quickly
- Self initiated and proactive, with good communication and interpersonal skills
Internal IT Auditor Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Part of Corporate Internal Audit team
- Located in Jakarta, headquarter office
- Focus on IT audit and potentially to lead IT team
- Assist in planning, scoping, assessing risks, developing controls, testing (auditing) related to (not limited to) ITGC and SAP
- Prepare and edit audit reports (observations, recommendations, etc.) that fairly present issues and are written in a clear and concise manner)
- Address findings and recommendations to process owners and management
- During the downtime period, will be given opportunities to assist other teams in conducting Operations / Finance internal audit
- The position will provide the individual with opportunities to travel to both domestic and international. However, as this is a new role, we do not have estimation of travel requirements.
- Minimum education : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / IT / Finance / Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year IT Audit experience is a must
- Big 4 accounting / consulting experience and CISA certified would be an advantage
- Language : Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Specific knowledge of SAP and COBIT is a plus
- Ability to effectively translate IT issues into business risk and impact.
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills to articulate effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to work well in different teams and develop relationships with information technology, finance and operational group
- A solid understanding of IT processes and IT General Controls (ITGC) is required. Processes include but are not limited to system development life cycle, change management, user access control, disaster recovery, physical & environmental controls, etc.
