POSITION PURPOSE
Develop new toys with clear specifications and requirements, which comply with Mattel standard and quality requirements
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
- Coordinate other department to support piloting’s, establish proven method, which can be produced in mass production.
- Together with the team to find the best method in pack out with budgeted cost.
- Active in internal and external communications to follow up all development aspects.
- Releasing internal documents, such as parts list, product specification
- Maintain the production quality by monitoring weekly test result.
- A Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Electrical Engineering
- Preferably have min 1 year experience in handling electrical/mechanical product development field in manufacturing industry
- Technical Competence
- Strong technical knowledge and technical drawing
- Product and process knowledge
