The Putera Sampoerna School of Education (SSE) was established to train and develop professionally certified teachers with International standards and to equip them with best-practices in the latest teaching methodologies. To support its operation, we are looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as :
Head of Research Unit (HRU-SSE)
Main Responsibilities :
- Lead and monitor entire activities of research and development in accordance to the work plan, schedule and budget, and manage the publication of research results.
- Identify research and development topics and opportunities which can strengthen the reputation of institution and give recommendation to management.
- Minimum a Master Degree, in area of Education / Social science.
- Minimum 3 years experience in conducting / managing research.
- Preferably have at least 1 research result already published in reputable journal.
- Has experiences in working with Faculty Members in a research team.
- Strong knowledge on research methodology and has hood journal writing skill.
- Has good Network with reputable journal editors.
- Excellent Proficiency in English, both writing and spoken.
- Strong communication skill and strong leadership
Head of ICT Department (HI-SSE)
Requirements :- At least Bachelor Degree, preferably Master Degree in area of IT/ICT/Computer Science/Electronics (majoring IT).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of ICT Department in a School/University/College or any related organization who has implemented a Knowledge Management system.
- Experience in leading a Team of IT practitioner & developer to support university daily operation, including class room & university facilities.
- Excellent knowledge, skill and hands-on experience of developing and implementing IT Architecture, IT Strategy, IT Infrastructure, IT Security and required IT Software particularly on those related to internet, data transfer, on-line application, video conferencing, etc.
- Excellent English skill, both spoken and written.
- Experience with organization data back-up and DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan)
