The Indonesian French Association (IFA) was established in 1979. This association gathers the French and Indonesian business communities with the objective of developing bilateral professional contacts. In 1984, under the initiative of French Minister of Foreign Affairs, IFA became IFCCI and joined the l'Union des Chambres de Commerce et d'Industrie Française à l'Etranger (UCCIFE) or Association of Overseas French Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Legal & HR Officer Bali (code: LO-Bali) and Legal & HR Officer Jakarta (code: LO: JKT)
Responsibilities:
Responsible in all Legal/HR activities as well as Legal/HR administration and other regular reports
Requirements:
- Indonesian Citizen
- Female/Male, max 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree from Faculty of Law from reputable University (SH)
- Minimum 1 year experience in corporate legal matters
- Fluent in English both oral and written, knowledge of French is a plus
- Dynamic, fast learner, hard worker and multi-task person
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-discipline and able to work as a team
Business Development Officer in Bali (code: Bisdev - Bali)
Responsibilities:
- Market studies and questionnaires
- Information on companies
- Market intelligence activities for the sector identify clients and needs
- Prepare a detailed business plan
- Identification and selection of business partners
- Research of agent
- Organization of missions
- Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, master degree is preferable
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
- Sufficient knowledge in French is an advantage.
- Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
