To support our Consumer Collection division, we are currently seeking talented professional to apply for :MIS & Strategic Analytic Manager
Main responsibilities:
- To provide technology, infrastructure and project management support
- To ensure that all collections related systems and process improvement project are effectively implemented
- To implement new collection system
- To maximize system efficiency, timely response and facilitation of collection system, in order to ensure system improvement collection in maximum productivity and effectiveness
- To manage the following systems interface on daily basis (CARD PACK, Host systems interface to collection system, predictive dialer, IVR/ACD, local area networking, any onter call/contact enhancing software linked to collection system, telecommunication, back office automation)
- Monitor and ensure timely follow up of system downtime, user security access, etc
- System down time reporting
- Minimum S1 degree from any discipline (preferable from IT)
- Having 5 years experience in banking especially in Card business, Collection or Card Center
- Having strong leadership
- Good management and communication skill
- Result oriented
