Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in banking or finance discipline, from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
- 3 years experienced in sales or investment field
- Knowledge of Retail-banking and banking products
- AWM certified preferably
- Good written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa and English
- Proficient in the use of computer based office tools (Ms Office)
- A communicative and persuasive individual, able to give financial advice to suit costumer needs and preferences
- Possess a good analytical skill
- Quickly adapt in any kind of situation
- Like to socialize with other people
- Financial planning session and give proper advice based on the needs assessment of Danamon Privilege Banking customers
- Ensure that financial planning session was completely and systematically run according to each customer’s risk profile
- Encourage the customer to fill in the gap in his/her portfolio with Danamon products whenever needed
