HR Policy Supervisor
Task & Responsibility
- Prepare and align HR Policy Management in accordance to company vision, mission, and strategy
- Actively monitor and socialize HR Policy Implementation
- Evaluate and recommend HR Policy related proposals
- Collaborate with all related function in HR Policy related activities
- Discuss and review HR Policy related proposals
- Ensuring the conformity of HR Policy implementation across business functions
- Prepare new policy proposals as well as changes on the existing one
- Analyze and recommend non routine and exceptional HR Policy cases
- Male, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years experience in policy, change management, and general HR Business Processes
- Strong in communication, fast learner, attention to detail and good project / priority management
- Good understanding in labour law is preferred
