Modern Trade Manager

Task & Responsibility
  • Responsible in development of AOP and strategic plans for Modern Trade to ensure total alignment between Marketing & Sales initiatives
  • Coordinates with Marketing and front-line the development and execution of Modern Trade Sales & Marketing Initiatives
  • Supports the development of Modern Trade specific initiatives with front-line
  • Coordinate cross function customer handling in Modern Trade
  • Develop Modern Trade wiring plans cross Business Unit
  • Support the front-line in the development of effective pricing architecture / Merchandising standard for Modern Trade Customers
  • Support the front-line in the definition and development of Modern Trade strategic priorities
  • Support the front-line in identification of system inefficiencies and coordinates the transfer of Modern Trade sales / operating capabilities
  • Leads development and transfer of "Best Practices" tools for Modern Trade. Liaise with Center on Modern Trade tool development for this channel
  • Responsible for developing the necessary framework to lead the category with some of our most important customer
Qualification Required
  • Min 5 years experience in Managerial Position (preffered Senior and Sales Assignment)
  • Bachelor Degree with GPA Min 3.0 (4 scale, preffered from reputable University)
  • Fluent in English
  • Background of Account Management / Trade Marketing
  • Willing to travel around Indonesia frequently
  • Understand channels / trade P & L
  • Expert on Development and executed strategic sales plans and tools
  • Anthusiatic and Aggresive person
  • Have good analytical skill and thinking capability
  • Task oriented
  • Have good negotiations skill
  • Max. 40 years old
