Requirements :
- S1 graduated ( Statistic , Industrial Engineering , Business Management )
- Maximum 25 years old
- At least 1 years experience handling Product in fast moving consumer good industry ( cosmetic company will be an added value )
- Familiar with planning and development new product
- Having experience handling marketing research will be an added value
- Strong in communication skill and analytical thinking
- A person who always updated with fashion and style and creative
- Able to work as a team member as well as individual basis.
- Proficiency in English is a must ( TOEFL 550 )
Talent Management / OD Staff
Ideally candidates will have a number of the following attributes:
- Male / female with max. age of 26 years old
- Min. bachelor degree in Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering
- At least 1 years experiences in similar position
- Proficiency in English both spoken & written
- Broad knowledge and understanding of HR issue especially in learning
- Development & knowledge management
- Strong analytical thinking and good in writing skill
- Persistent, mature, and self motivated
- Computer literacy
- Executing programs for learning & development
- Preparing & administering Training Need Analysis
- Formulating Annual Training Planning & Budgeting based on the Training Need Analysis
- Executing training activities & knowledge sharing
- Evaluating the training process & conducting and monitoring training effectiveness
- Maintaining training record
- Ensuring the implementation of knowledge management
