TRAINING STAFF
Qualification:
- Male Age 23-27 years old.
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), Any major preferable from Education Technology / Industrial Engineering / Psychology from reputable university.
- Having minimum 1 years working experience in Training, preferable in manufacture with more than 2000 employees.
- Have knowledge & experience to arrange Training Need Analysis based on competency, Training Cycle & process, Training Evaluation & Effectiveness
- Have capability and experience as trainer or teacher.
- Fluency in English both oral & written.
- Computer literature (MS Office)
- Dynamic presentation & communication skill.
- Have good analytical skill.
- Have good interpersonal skill
