Job Desk:
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships for VTM with representatives of community, consumer, employee, and public interest groups along with General Manager if needed
- Plan and direct development and communication of informational programs for VTM to maintain favorable public of an organization's accomplishments and its agenda along with General Manager.
- Confer with production and support personnel to produce or coordinate production of advertisements and promotions for VTM with General Manager approval.
- Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase sales and service awareness and to promote goodwill for VTM.
- Study & Planning the objectives, promotional policies for VTM to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas and services along & with General Manager.
- Consult with General Manager to identify trends and key group interests and concerns or to provide advice on business decisions.
- Consult with General Manager for advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media.
- Prepare and deliver speeches to further public relations objectives.
- Prepare & Arrange advertising space and time as required promoting VTM product or agenda with General Manager approval.
- Plan, conduct and report market and public opinion research for VTM or determine potential for VTM success, communicating results to General Manager.
- Managing reputation to gain understanding and support for clients as well as to influence opinion and behavior by using all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of VTM & report to General Manager.
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies with General Manager approval
- Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media with General Manager approval.
- Preparing and supervising the production of VTM publicity; brochures, handouts, composite cards, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs, etc.
- Develop & Build community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives
- Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours
- Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities, especially for VTM regular & big events.
