Main responsibilities as required by the job:
- To manage property underwriting process as per Zurich Indonesia Underwriting guideline, Zurich Group Underwriting Policy and Zurich Risk Policy and local regulation
- To underwrite incoming property insurance submissions and ensure all necessary underwriting data are obtained for proper underwriting assessment
- Coordinate with other market management team to develop cross selling from the account list
- Coordinate with intermediaries to arrange site survey and follow up Risk Improvement Implementation
- Prepare referral to regional office
- Maintain existing accounts and ensure high renewal ratio target
- Having Insurance Professional Degree would be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years insurance industry experience with over 2 years in property underwriting
- Good communication in English
- Negotiation skill in a multi-functional environment
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Rational approach to analyzing and solving problem
- Commitment to clients need
- Able to work as a team
