- Max. 27 years old
- Fresh graduates or max. 2 years experience
- Strong academic background from any disciplines
- Good communication skill
- Good command in English
- Strong analytical thinking, fast learner, detail, accurate and organized
- Proactive, confident, had worker, willing to work under pressure in a tight deadline
Recruitment & Training Analyst (HR)
Responsible for:
- Managing & maintaining recruitment process
- Analyzing and Facilitating Training delivery
- Improve overall process based on data and fact to achieve HR support and service excellence
- Bachelor degree (GPA min. 2.75) from reputable university from Psychology
- Max. 27 years old
- Fresh graduates or max. 2 years experience
- Strong academic background from any disciplines
- Energetic & drive for result
- Proven leadership skill in extracurricular activities
- Proficient in English
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia (is a must)
