Requirements:
- Min S1 Teknik / Informatics Management
- Good understanding on Java, UNIX
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows product
- Good understanding on programming using Cobol and PL/1
- Has banking product knowledge
- Work as a team and good communication skill
- Proactive and quick problem solving
- Please describe type of experience that required to performs the job
- Has experience at least 5 years as ON2 Programmer / Analyst
- Familiar and experience develop Banking needs
- Familiar with Mainframe, CICS application is an advantage
- Has experience to lead Project is and advantage.
- Responsible on ON2 Monitoring and Enhancement / Development
- Review on existing system and provide on future development
- Analyze on user request and provide solution to Business unit
- Provide the guideline to development team
- Coordinate team and communicate with other application team for system integration
- Provide Progress report and monitor all request submitted by business unit.
Core Banking Loan System Manager (CBLM)
Requirements:
- Min S1 from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Strong knowledge in COBOL CICS Programming Language
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Able to speak English with minimum passive communication
- Communicative, hard worker, honest and loyal
- Able to develop program by individual or team
- Good knowledge in Banking Business Process
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- Min 3 years as Core Banking Applications Developer in Mainframe System using COBOL-CICS Programming Language
- Min 2 years experience in similar area
- Have experience in Developing Core Financial & Accounting System
- Have experience in Developing Interface System between different platform
- Added value :
- Experience in Assembler programming
- Experience in different platform connection
- Understand for Deposit (S/A & C/A) System
- Design & Developing New Requirement and Enhancement Core Banking Applications at M/F
- Maintenance and Manages Core Banking Applications
- Support User (Branches or BU) of Core Banking Applications and Problem Solving
- Support administration of Applications
- Document and report problem and resolutions for future reference.
New System Manager (NSM)
Qualifications :
- Min. S-1 degree from reputable university, majoring in Information Technology
- Able to manage teams of programmers which running on the same period of time
- Have a good understanding of SDLC process
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Windows (any version), both client and server platform, UNIX (or/and) LINUX operating system, Web logic
- Must familiar with all of the above programming skill Set
- Experience in Banking application is more preferable
- 4-5 years experience in application development
- Have experience as Project Manager or Team Leader on IT Project
- Skill for Java/J2EE programming is a nice to have feature
- Familiar with multi-tier architecture programming
- Manage the Business requirement/Business Initiatives
- Manage the project the resource balance to achieve the business goals
- Involve on vendor scoring, analyze and define the target architecture of the application, Implementation software
- Provide the Progress reports for all projects
