Distributor Sales Manager – Makassar Based
YOUR TASKS
Provide direct supervision and continuously improve Regional Distribution operation within the territorial coverage, in alignment with Beiersdorf’s objectives, strategies and business process, to ensure that the plan in achieving sales, distribution and POS target within the territorial coverage is being executed properly.
YOUR PROFILE
- S1 from any major;
- Minimum 2 years working experience in FMCG Company in the same or similar position;
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral;
- Computers literate;
- Excellence negotiation skill;
- Good analytical thinking and able to work in team;
- Domiciled or willing to be stationed in Makassar.
Temporary Helpdesk
YOUR TASKS
1. Helpdesk
The incumbent performs helpdesk functions such as provides assistance to local users regarding IT related issues, quick response to escalating help desk issues, and monitors local supporting program such as Inova/handkey, PhoneLog, ACNielsen, Tax/eSPT, KlikBCA.
2. Information System Administration
The incumbent performs administration tasks of logs/history documentation, propose and develop all documentation related to IS Dept. He/She must ensure that all activities and procedure are well documented, complete, and stored properly.
3. System & Network Maintenance
The incumbent assists in the system and network maintenance activities such as administering and maintaining applications; system backups, archiving and disaster recovery; testing the system periodically and documenting the result.
YOUR PROFILE
- Male/ Female, max. 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Information System from reputable university
- Programming skill: Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic.Net, Crystal Report (preferable)
- Database: MS-SQL, MySQL (preferable)
- Good command of English
- Able to work independently as well as team work and have strong interpersonal skills
- Able to meet strict deadline
- At least 2 years experience in the same field
- Willing to be employed under 6 (six) months contractual basis
- Domicile in Jakarta
Factory Accountant
YOUR TASKS
Provide day to day supervision and coordination of all activities related to the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and tax management, which include the reporting activities, to ensure that all activities of finance and accounting in factory Malang are in accordance to the procedures and accounting principles and that all the data is accurate and reported timely to support the Finance and Controlling Department. Ensure the main areas of finance and controlling in factory Malang are coordinated and run well by the team.

- S1 majoring in Accounting
- Minimum 6 years working experience, with 3 years experience in Auditing firm
- Possess knowledge in Taxation and has attended Brevet A & B
- Preferably having knowledge in SAP (FICO module)
- Domiciled or willing to be stationed in Malang – East Java
