SALES REPRESENTATIVE - EAST JAVA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To develop our presence, market share and brand visibility in the building materials distribution network, at traditional and modern retail shops.
- To implement the actions of the Company’s commercial action plans and achieves the sales targets according to the budget.
- To maintain and develop the best possible relationship with our distribution network, and provide them with our best possible technical support and services.
- To organize and conduct some products demonstrations and animations at the retail shops.
- To negotiate with our distributors and retails shops.
- To participate in the evolution of our strategy to our distribution network, and propose some evolution of our services, displays, mock-ups, marketing tools…
- To update permanently our customers’ database and files.
- Female or male, 26 – 35 years old.
- S1 Civil engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience, ideally in the building materials industry.
- Good team player.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge in English.
- Windows, Excel, Word.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To implement the yearly and monthly Commercial Actions Plans of the Company,
- To achieve the regional monthly and yearly sales targets,
- To manage, motivate and develop your regional sales team and help them improve their performance and productivity,
- To co-visit and serve the key-dealers, key-contractors, key-architects and work closely with your sales team to develop the relationship with the regional actors in the construction market,
- To report regularly on the market situation, competitors’ movements, results of our actions, sales opportunities and other assigned tasks.
- Female or male, 30-35 years old,
- Leadership, ability to negotiation, analytical skills, autonomy, honesty, hard worker,
- S1 Architect or Civil Engineer or equivalent,
- Min. 5 years commercial experience, if possible in the construction products industry and for an international company (PMA),
- Min. 3 years managerial experience of sales forces, if possible at the service of the distribution, contractors, architects in Indonesia,
- Good knowledge in English,
- Windows, MS Office.
