HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Managing and ensure HR Department related to Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development , Reward Management, Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations as well as General Affairs are in line with the guidelines from the corporate HR and Indonesia manpower regulations in order to support and achieve overall company goals.

Requirements:
  • Min. University degree in any field with min. GPA 3.00
  • Min. 10 years experience in HRD with 4 years in Manager position
  • Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal
  • Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation, including Recruitment
  • Hiring, Counseling & General Affairs
  • Dynamic, Result oriented, Mature and Committed finish the task
  • Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good in English, Competent in Microsoft-Office and HR Applications
AUDIT STAFF

Responsibilities:
As part of team which contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the Company, you will be responsible for conducting operational audit of the Company. You are required to make sure and monitoring implementation of Standard Operating Procedure, as well as identify potential issues that impact the Company.

Requirements:
  • Male or Female, max 30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University (minimal IPK = 3.00 of 4.00)
  • Minimum 2 years experience as external auditor in reputable public accountant firm and have exposure in manufacturing industry or consumer goods (preferred) or as internal auditor in FMCG company
  • Good knowledge and understanding business process in manufacturing or consumer goods (preferred)
  • Understanding Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) is an advantage
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Good communication and writing in English
  • High sense of integrity and honesty
  • Independent person
  • Excellent in computer literate (MS Word, MS Excell and MS Power Point) and have a good analytical thinking
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill with all people from all levels
IMPORT STAFF

Responsibilities:
Good knowledge of import documentations custom clearance process with some exposures in handling BPOM registration and EMKL

Requirements:
  • Male or Female, max 28 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in any related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same position within FMCG or Food processing companies.
  • Good communication and writing in English
  • High sense of integrity and honesty
  • Excellent in computer literate (MS Word, MS Excell and MS Power Point) and have a good analytical thinking
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill with all people from all levels
