Medical Marketing Manager

Task & Responsibility
  • Supervise and ensure the Nutrition Advisor team work process conducted as plan (such as Brand Bonding Ladder & Sampling, merchandising/branding with POS, detailing aid)
  • Supervise and responsible to the Nutrition Advisor team target achievement (such as call target & sales target)
  • Monitor & audit the demo team performance.
  • Provide the Nutrition Advisor team work result report (daily, weekly, and monthly) to Management for developing institutional marketing strategy
  • Increase the number of targeted customer (Dokter Spesialis Anak, Dokter Spesialis Kebidanan & Kandungan, Bidan Praktek, Rumah Sakit / Bersalin (Dapur Gizi), Bagian Gizi Puskesmas)
  • Increase targeted customers recommendation to company products
  • Develop and conduct programs to support detailing team and company target achievement
  • Develop and monitor supporting programs implementation such as promotional event, branding, etc to ensure the target achievement
  • Conduct training and presentation to sales team and targeted customer
Qualification Required :
  • Female
  • Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Nutrition
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Medical Marketing
  • Have good understanding of product knowledge and detailing aid
  • Have good understanding in scientific journal about food nutrition
  • Have good command in English (oral and written)
  • Have good communication skill and innovative
  • Able to work with computer
HR Policy Supervisor

Task & Responsibility
  • Prepare and align HR Policy Management in accordance to company vision, mission, and strategy
  • Actively monitor and socialize HR Policy Implementation
  • Evaluate and recommend HR Policy related proposals
  • Collaborate with all related function in HR Policy related activities
  • Discuss and review HR Policy related proposals
  • Ensuring the conformity of HR Policy implementation across business functions
  • Prepare new policy proposals as well as changes on the existing one
  • Analyze and recommend non routine and exceptional HR Policy cases
Qualification Required
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum education : Bachelor degree in any major
  • Minimum 3 years experience in policy, change management, and general HR Business Processes
  • Strong in communication, fast learner, attention to detail and good project / priority management
  • Good understanding in labour law is preferred
