Asst. Manager Training & Organization Development
Requirements :
- Male / Female
- Min. Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university preferably from Psychology background with GPA > 3.00
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Having deep knowledge in the areas of recruitment, training, and talent management
- Having knowledge of organization development
- Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, strong in interpersonal & communication skill
- Responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing potential candidates
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
- Responsible for developing assessment tools and training manuals.
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs.
- Develop talent pool / management trainee programs
- Prepare training budget for department or organization.
- Responsible for the implementation of performance management.
- Responsible for apprenticeship program.
