We are currently looking candidates to fill in the position of :Configuration & Sales Admin
The Requirements:
- Supporting IT Architect and Sales Manager to produce valid configuration using Partner Webdesk (PWD) and Partner Exchange (HDS).
- Prepare the Bill of Material (BOM) in spreadsheet format
- Help to prepare tender submission:
- Print out and stamp brochures.
- Prepare and complete document requirements (supporting letter, reference lookup for tender spec, personnel CV).
- Follow-up with ordering team after Final CA is approved:
- Complete document for ordering process.
- Delivery information report and follow-up.
- Document keeping/archiving for IT Architect and Sales Manager (RFI/RFP/RFQ, PO, formal letters, etc).
- Administration of demo loan:
- Record equipment booking, loan, and return.
- Create Delivery Notes (DN) for Loan and Return equipments.
- Collect and archive documents (Demo Loan Form, Loan Agreement Form, DN Loan, DN Return).
- Remind loaners (IT Architect and Sales Manager) for demo equipments due to return within 10 calendar days
- Diploma-3 or Politeknik Graduate (D3 Program) Computer Science/Computer Engineer.
- 1-2 years computer related experience is preferred.
- Must be able to read and understand English
