This position is reporting to Treasury Director and will be responsible for managing treasury activities in accordance with the prevailing treasury policies and procedures in order to ensure timely and accurate payment.
The qualifications are:
- University graduate in Accounting from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.0
- Having minimum 5 years experience as Treasury Manager in Fast Moving Consumer Goods of Multinational Company.
- Able to speak and write in English Language
- Strong knowledge on Internal Control, good analytical skills, accurate, quick and attentive in managing administrative matters and documents.
- High integrity, self motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent English (spoken & written) & Computer literate
Treasury Supervisor
This position is reporting to Treasury Manager and will be responsible for implementing treasury policy and procedure properly to ensure timely and accurate payment.
The qualifications are:
- University graduate in Accounting from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.0
- Having minimum 3 years experience as Treasury Supervisor
- Able to speak and write in English Language
- Strong knowledge on Internal Control, good analytical skills, accurate, quick and attentive in dealing with high load administrations
- High integrity, self motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent English (spoken & written) & Computer literate
SAP Key Users - Purchasing
This position will report to Senior Purchasing Manager - Indirect Material. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining SAP data related to Purchasing ; vendor master, supplier contract, etc; and generate reporting related to Purchasing from SAP System.
Requirements :
- Graduate from reputable university at any discipline, preferably in Engineering, with minimum GPA 3.00 (of maximum 4.00)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Purchasing Role (preferably in MNC manufacturer or Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
- Sufficient knowledge of Purchasing Management
- Good ability to operate MS Office system (especially in Excel & Power Point) and ERP system (preferably SAP-Material Management)
- Good ability to work in a dynamic working environment, individually or as part of the team
- Must be able to think analytically (Able to see big picture and break it down into detail in action plan).
- Good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate effectively across functions.
- Posses high level of integrity
